Anisotropic angle-dependent Andreev reflection at the ferromagnet/superconductor junction on the surface of topological insulators

Abstract We theoretically demonstrate that a ferromagnetic/superconductor junction on the surface of three-dimensional topological insulators (3D TIs) has an anisotropic angle-dependent Andreev reflection when in-plane magnetization component perpendicular to junction. In presence magnetization, Dirac cone’s location adjusts in k -space, whereas its out-of-plane induces gap. This movement leads and creates anomalous Hall conductance flows parallel interface. Also, indirect gap junction, which removes transport signatures Majorana bound states. Because full spin-momentum locking fermions 3DTIs, torque called Transfer Torque (ATT) imposes Moreover, we propose setup detect them experimentally.

Electrically controllable surface magnetism on the surface of topological insulators.
