Excessive direction is called ifrath, and not being angry tafrith/ shortage. While placing anger at the right time i'tidal / balanced. The main problem of this research, how in Islam its relevance to mental health? This research uses a type library (library research) with descriptive analysis approach. results showed that feeling annoyed human thing happen. One things are affected when holding disturbance one's health. Mental health can be disrupted because you always hold on frustration, hurt, disappointment. Indeed, arises turned into something harmful or beneficial. Anger triggers body decide defend fight. These emotions trigger responses, such as fear, excitement, anxiety. will filled hormones cause stress, adrenaline cortisol. Frequent temper tantrums harm your heart physiological changes affect blood, temporarily increasing risk attack related problems.
