Plain X-ray, CT scan and MRI showed an expansile multi loculated cystic lesion in occipital bone. Histopathological examination revealed it to be an aneurysmal bone cyst. Treatment of choice is surgery. However, radiotherapy may be helpful in incompletely excised lesions.
