Anesthetic Management of a Patient with Poland’s syndrome: A Case Report

Poland syndrome is a rare congenital disease characterized by various degrees of chest wall defects, such as deficits in the small thoracic muscle and defects neuromuscular region muscle. In addition, this condition may present with loss or weak development papilla breasts can be accompanied brachydactyly, syndactyly, limb hands feet on same side. also cause deformities heart, lungs, kidneys. These lung produce hypoventilation hypoxia function respiratory decreases, leading to increased pulmonary complications postoperatively. Since these patients have an risk malignant hyperthermia, careful attention required selection drugs for inducing general anesthesia. We would like report experience anesthesia breast reconstruction 20-year-old female patient syndrome.
