چکیده
Early and timely diagnosis of the spinal column cord pathologies, their intrauterine postnatal correction require detailed knowledge anatomy topography cervical spine in fetus. The complex interactions with corresponding parts adjacent structures study during embryonic period ontogenesis. aim was to investigate morphometric topographic anatomical fetal features at 20–22 weeks development. Material methods. This performed on sectional material from human fetuses, development (20 fetuses both sexes), obtained collection Department Human Anatomy, Orenburg State Medical University. A standard set morphological methods were applied – macromicroscopic preparation, Pirogov method cuts three mutually perpendicular planes, production serial histotopograms Van Gieson staining, photography, morphometry. Results. It found that studied periods prenatal ontogenesis, length averaged 17.5±1.5 mm. transverse size vertebral body throughout is greater importance than anteroposterior. anteroposterior dimensions foramen gradually decrease craniocaudal direction. also demonstrated it necessary remove dura mater order obtain reliable dimensional characteristics cord. Conclusion. Thus, data 20 th 22 nd ontogenesis can serve as basis surgery.
