Heavy metal contaminants like mercury is a serious problem to human, animals, and some plants’ health. Phytoremediation an alternative technique, which can remediate the from soil using hyperaccumulator plant. The goal of this research was study anatomical changes plant main organs (roots, stems, leaves) Ipomoea reptans are assumed as that grows in contaminant. concentration growth medium 0, 61.871, 92.258, 107.046 ppb. were harvested after 27 days. plant’s observed by preparing cross-section roots, leaves I. reptans. result showed treatment has caused damage at xylem vessel root, decreased bulliform cell size. found only root media decrease 0 ppb (P0), 50,420 (P1), 58,583 (P2), 96,120 (P3).
