Analyzing the Critical Factors Influencing Post-Use Trust and Its Impact on Citizens’ Continuous-Use Intention of E-Government: Evidence from Chinese Municipalities

Whereas the pivotal role of trust in adoption e-government was highlighted prior research, attention rarely paid thus far to investigate post-use and its impact on citizens’ continuous-use intention e-government. This study develops a comprehensive model, which consists antecedents trust, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, e-government, explain how interactional, government, environmental factors influence as well influences intention. Using data collected from survey 1867 citizen users living one direct-controlled municipality four high-population cities China, this tests proposed concept model using structural equation modeling. The results show that internet, service quality, information quality have positive effects trust. Factors do not determine user’s are perception privacy security, system quality. Another finding is does directly their continuous use Post-use will through whether or citizens find useful satisfying.
