Analyzing Rice Grain Collision Behavior and Monitoring Mathematical Model Development for Grain Loss Sensors

Grain loss in the harvesting process of combine harvesters not only causes economic losses to farmers but also affects soil environment because lost grain covering soil, influencing crop growth next season. sieve loss-monitoring sensors represent an important accessory harvesters, as they can provide current levels for operator adopt a rational action time serve performance signal control system. To reflect rice level real time, indirect system is proposed this paper. First, collision rise was obtained by finite element method (FEM), and parameters sensor processing circuit were determined accordingly upgrade monitoring accuracy. Then, distribution behind cleaning shoe analyzed detail under different working parameters. functions at end mathematical model with relevant variables established based on laboratory experiment results. Finally, calibration experiments carried out verify measurement accuracy test bench, relative error ≤6.41 % conditions.
