Analyze the clinical effect of YAG laser combined with sodium hypochlorite in root canal treatment of pulpitis

Abstract Objective To compare and analyze the clinical therapeutic effects of sodium hypochlorite combined with Nd: YAG laser alone for root canal disinfection in patients pulpitis. Methods Patients pulpitis were divided into control group observation according to random number table method. Both groups received treatment, while irrigation 1% hypochlorite. The was irrigated laser. Periodontal index, inflammatory life quality score bacterial infection clearance rate two compared before 3 months after treatment. Results total effective 95.35%, which higher than that 79.07% ( p < .05). After periodontal index inflammation level both decreased, lower significantly Conclusion Compared alone, can improve effect, relieve reaction, decrease infection.
