Analyze and Compare the Crystallographic Changes for Zinc Substituted Hydroxyapatite using X-Ray Diffraction

The main motive of the study is to analyze and compare crystallographic changes using X-Ray diffraction method for zinc substituted hydroxyapatite. Materials Methods: Different types hydroxyapatite are used. Calcium nitrate tetrahydrate, chloride hexahydrate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate ammonium hydroxide solutions added they mixed with solution. ultrasonic was used carry precipitation method. data(N=4), total sample size calculated as 4 clinclac.com, alpha error 0.05, G power at 80%, enrollment ratio 0:1 confidence interval 95% computed. Result: Using SPSS software a one T-test, 0% 1%, 5% 10% percent were calculated. There statistical significance, P=0.002, (p<0.05). wt% Zinc no significance P=0.177, result shows that when compared other percentages, Conclusion: analysis this Hydroxyapatite Doped has Superior qualities Substitutes future medical applications.
