Analytical Predictions on Flexural Strengthening of Reinforced Concrete Beams with Hybrid FRP Laminate

This paper presents the predicted regression equation for study parameters of Reinforced Concrete (RC) beams strengthened with Hybrid Fibre Polymer (HyFRP) laminate at soffit beam. To effectiveness HyFRP on flexural strengthening a total five were cast and tested.The variable are thickness, elastic modulus tensile strength laminates. Four combinations laminates precisely, 90% Glass fibre + 10% Basalt 80% 20% fibre, 70% 30% 60% 40% their corresponding thickness 2.78, 3.24, 3.86 4.24mm respectively.The test results concluded that reinforced concrete 70%Glass 30%Basalt enhance ultimate load carrying capacity 68.97% respect to control The values reached through showed equitable accuracy those experimental values.
