Analytical Design of PI Controller for First Order Transfer Function plus Time Delay: Stability Triangle Approach

چکیده
In this study, proportional-integral (PI) controller design with a geometric approach for first order time-delayed systems is presented. This method can be expressed as an improved version of the weighted center method. The based on calculating gravity stability triangle selected inside boundary locus (SBL). Stability determined along ( kp , xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">ki ) axes SBL. A formed two points SBL intersecting axis = 0 and point corresponding to value angular frequency. gives optimum PI control gains. Also, analytical solution proposed (stability triangle) examined numerical examples. time response performances calculated controllers using were compared. addition, comparisons by different in neighborhood are included.
