Analysis on the e-Learning Method in Malaysia with AHP-VIKOR Model

A lot of educational institutions are facing the problem in conducting physical classes due to COVID-19 pandemic recently. Therefore, most medium teaching has been changed from a face-to-face method online teaching. These changes may create some challenges students as well teachers or lecturers. In fact, different learning methods have their own strengths and weaknesses. this study aims analyze preference E-learning among undergraduate based on multiple criteria. This determines priority decision criteria selection using Analytic Hierarchy Process-VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (AHP-VIKOR) model. The that considered quality management system, information quality, flexibility, attractiveness. Besides, blended learning, distance e-learning identified alternatives preferred is determined study. results show E-learning, followed by finally learning. Flexibility, system ranked top three influential significance determine with AHP-VIKOR
