Streptococcus pyogenes most common bacterial cause tonsillitis, with hydrophobicity phospholipase activity on cell surface has a major effect tonsillitis pathogenicity. Ethanol extract leaves sea bidara (Ziziphus mauritiana) antibacterial impact containing neophytadiene, hexadecanoic acid, linolenic octadecanoic squalene, vitamin E.Objective: To determine ability leaf ethanol inhibiting isolate. Methods: Laboratory experimental design post-test-only control group.Result: Ziziphus mauritiana could inhibit different quantity quality at each concentration incubation time.
