Delays in completing the Kelapa Dua shop-house construction project at CV. Mentari permai is a problem that often arises and affects overall work. The purpose of this research to determine critical path, calculate costs incurred with duration initial accelerated work percentage achievement shop Mutia Enchantment Nature. To overcome these delays, several control methods are used management. Critical Path Method, PERT (Program Evaluation Review Technique) Crashing Project. results CPM planning method analysis obtained completion time for 91 days from 154 days.
