Analysis of Limiting Output Capacity of Low-speed and High-torque Surface-mounted Permanent Magnet Motor Considering Resistance Voltage Drop

چکیده
Drive motors in certain applications often require heavy load starting or short-time overload operation, so the limiting output capacity of motor is worthy attention. In this paper, torque and input current low-speed high-torque external rotor surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SMPMSM) under id =0 field weakening(FW) control strategies are studied considering resistance voltage drop. Firstly, characteristics SMPMSM analyzed when considered, relationships between xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">iq , electromagnetic parameters FW adopted limit. Next, finite element method(FEM) used to analyze compare impact different machine on two strategies. Finally, correctness theoretical analysis FEM results verified by prototype experiments.
