ANALYSIS OF FACTORS THAT DETERMINE BURNOUT IN BCA FINANCE EMPLOYEES

BCA multifinance employees have various problems, both workload and work stress that an impact on the emergence of burnout. Burnout is a state extreme psychological so individuals experience emotional exhaustion low motivation to work. The method used in this study qualitative descriptive methd. Where data collection technique carried out by field observation techniques, conducting interviews with related parties documentation as evidence. results showed burnout was categorized high. Factors determine are divided into two, first situational factors consisting : Work second individual factor consist demoraphic characteristic (burnout level based age, gender, education, marital status), rate problem solving, expectations too high, personal problems.
