چکیده
This article presents a comparative analysis of the properties cotton yarn spun on aerodynamic compact spinning and open-end rotor systems. Yarn samples with linear density 50 Tex, 37 30 25 20 Tex were both systems using same finisher drawn sliver medium staple which produced by specific mixing. The quality parameters such as mass variation, imperfection index, hairiness, tensile behavior (strength in count strength product, elongation percentage) assessed analyzed. results revealed that had lower unevenness higher case finer count, less strength, elongation% compared to samples. Finally, paired- t-test regression carried out IBM SPSS check significance correlation among them.

Production of Core Spun Yarn with Ring & Siro Spinning System
A common problem in production of core–spun yarns on the Ring spinning frame is the slippage of the staple fibers as sheath fibers relative to the core. This effect is known as ‘strip-back’ or barberpole. This problem may lead to an incomplete core coverage and results in end–breaks in subsequent processing. In order to avoid this problem, in the present work, core spun yarns (acrylic sheath fi...
متن کاملEstimation of Open-End Cotton Yarn Strenght from Fiber Physical Characteristics
Physical properties of cotton yarns are affected by the characteristics of cotton fibers such as fineness, length, maturity and strength. This relationship has been worked out by means of multivariable regression and stepwise method for an open-end spun (NeC 20) cotton yarn. Moreover, with the help of linear programming, it was made possible to determine the percentage of different cottons in t...
