چکیده
This paper presents the results of analysis acetone, chloroform and diethyl ether extracts three types wormwood: Artemisia absinthium L., armeniaca Lam. latifolia Ledeb., performed by gas chromatography–mass spectroscopy. β-myrcene was found in A. from biologically active substances; latifolia, pinene; 3,6-difluoro-4-[1-hydroxy-2-(methiamino)ethyl]benzene-1,2-diol, ethyl palmitate, β-phellandrene are specific for absinthium; armeniaca, herniarin d-limonene; γ-sitosterol farnesol. In acetone all types, such substances as γ-sitosterol, phytol were found; revealed α-cubeben; – vitamin E; azafrin. Specific these β-phellandrene, estafiantin, β-elemen, yangambin, β-santalol, caryophyllene, lycopene; α-phellandrene γ-element; hematoporphyrin laminitol. extract absinthium, arborescin yangambin D-limonene; contains hematoporphyrin. Based on data obtained, it should be assumed that preparations plant species may have antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory activity.

Considering multiple reports on cytotoxic activity of the Artemisia genus and its phytochemicals, in the current study A. armeniaca Lam. and the three components isolated from the plant were subjected to cytotoxic studies. Analytical fractionation of A. armeniaca aerial parts for the first time was directed to the isolation of 7-hydroxy-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methylbutoxy) comarin (armenin), 8-hydroxy-...
