Analysis of a Stochastic Inventory Model on Random Environment with Two Classes of Suppliers and Impulse Customers

This paper explores the random environment with two classes of suppliers and impulse customers. The system’s greatest inventory size is S, it has an infinitely large orbit. In this case, there are categories suppliers: temporary regular suppliers. Whenever approaches r, we place on order Q1 (=S?r) unit items to a supplier. Similarly, when level drops s (<Q1<r), for Q2 (=S?s>s+1) units our Two types suppliers’ lead times considered be exponentially distributed. Here, customers who arrive from different states (RE) followed by Markovian arrival process. If no in system customer arrives, they automatically assigned model was examined steady state using matrix-analytic approach. Finally, numerical examples structural discussed.
