Analysis of 3D Cobweb Economic Differential Dynamic System Based on Supply-Demand and Price Relationships

When the supply and demand of commodities are out equilibrium, dynamic changes in mainly manifested fluctuation commodity prices change price will drive demand. This paper proposes a method for constructing three-dimensional cobweb economic model using “predator-prey” theory. Firstly, based on intrinsic driving relationships among supply, price, demand, differential pulse when productivity increases established. Secondly, dynamics theory is used to analyze existence model’s positive equilibrium prove its global asymptotic stability, uniform boundedness, persistence, periodic solution. Finally, correctness conclusions verified by numerical simulation. The relevant (1) reveal evolution laws that fluctuate around tend balance. Model (32) reveals with continuous improvement production technology, quantity, fluctuate, but all three periodically. These can provide valuable help people production, sale, purchase goods.
