Analysis Instruments Using Decision System Concepts

Abstract Discipline, Innovation, and Work Environment were examined in this study to see how they affected employee performance at the Simalungun District Forest Service. The study’s participants sample Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Simalungun’s State Civil Servant (ASN) employees, questionnaires distributed up 106 of them using quantitative methods data collection procedures. environment, discipline, innovation are dependent independent factors, respectively (Employee Performance). Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Heteroscedasticity Test) Hypothesis Testing both used assess testing instruments’ validity reliability (Coefficient Determination R2, F test, t-test). Fcount>Ftable (2.533> 2.30), according study, indicates that variable (X) has an impact on (Y). discipline (X1) only a little effect when tcount ttable is (1.5081.983). A partial absence influence (Y) found for (X2) value set tcountttable (-0.9541.983). environment (X3) just limited (-1.8631.983).
