Analysis and Comparison of International Digital Competence Frameworks for Education

Different frameworks are available for assessing and developing digital competences, which poses a choice challenge potential users. This article aims to analyze compare international competence education. The study compares characteristics such as the frameworks’ purpose, structure, levels, well indicators instrument development. results indicate that objective, theoretical background, target group define framework characteristics. Most analyzed focus on teacher training. comparison identified common competences: communication, collaboration, sharing, information data, content, technical, teaching, learning, ethics. All include profiles, objectives, descriptors, activities, examples, cases of knowledge, skills, attitudes. concludes should be segmented by educational actors (students, teachers, administrators) levels (early childhood, primary, higher, corporate) with corresponding assessment instruments.
