Analisis Tekno-Ekonomi dari Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) sebagai Waste To Energy (WTE) di TPA Pakusari Jember, Jawa Timur

Permasalahan sampah yang terjadi di Kabupaten Jember yaitu pengelolaan belum maksimal. Ketersediaan mudah terbakar melimpah dapat dijadikan refuse-derived fuel sebagai waste to energy. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis potensi dan kelayakan pembangunan PLTSa TPA Pakusari menggunakan metode life cycle cost, serta biaya listrik dihitung dengan LCoE. Pengelolaan menjadi agar memenuhi standar kualitas RDF pre-treatment berupa pemilahan, pencacahan, pengeringan secara alamiah maupun mekanik, pengayakan. Kapasitas sebesar 83.762 kg/hari daya dihasilkan teknologi gasifikasi 1.000.621 Watt, tingkat emisi GRK pembangkit 1,8 tCO2. perencanaan proyek dilengkapi unit pencemaran udara. Hasil ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa nilai LCC selama masa lifetime Rp. 75.903.806.400. Kelayakan dinyatakan layak PBP 13 tahun, NPV suku bunga 8,5 % adalah 22.065.398.707 IRR 14,35 %. kriteria profitability index net B/C 2,3.
