ANALISIS STRATEGI GURU DALAM MENANAMKAN NILAI KARAKTER “JUARA”

At the start of offline learning, there are still students who carried away by atmosphere online learning and is a decrease in character some when so role teacher needed to foster develop students. This study aims find out strategies used teachers instilling JUARA values grade 8 research was conducted from July August 2022 at SMPN 252 Jakarta. The results this are: 1) honest character, uses an assessment rubric strategy (especially for English lessons), integrity pacts, personal correction, giving assignments, models/examples, advice/appeals, 2) tenacious providing trust, examples/examples, group work, rote assignments (specifically Islamic religious lessons) involving various activities, 3) trustworthy use responsibility, appeals, 4) tadarus Al-Quran together, morning services (non-Muslims), holding congregational dhuha prayers, getting praying before studying going home, events on holidays, 5) active , requiring mandatory optional extracurriculars, Wednesday performance discussions, class pickets, healthy Friday advice question answer method.
