The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance PT BPR Paro Laba Tondano, Minahasa using profitability ratio approach, solvency ratio, liquidity and growth for 2016-2020 period. secondary data source used taken directly at Minahasa. collection method is documentation. This research descriptive quantitative. results showed that ROE bank quite capable earning profits from its own capital. shows per semester continues decline.
