Analisis Kualitas pada Produksi Tahu menggunakan Metode Statistical Quality Control (SQC)

CV. Sumber Rejeki is a home industry that makes tofu, where in its production the company has not conducted quality analysis. Because analysis been carried out properly, resulting very high product defects occur during production. In this study, aims to identify what types of damage occur, and provide suggestions for improvements using Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. The research data were processed method with several stages activity, namely making examination sheets, histograms, Pareto diagrams, control charts, cause-and-effect diagrams. results showed there three defects, soft texture, wrong cut, dirt. Through diagram, it clear percentage texture 5,116 bj or 38.8%, second defect 4.262 32.3%, last lowest 3,810 28.9 cut errors. %. Based on diagram find root cause problem, was found four factors needed be improved, these workers, machines, raw materials, methods. Actions can taken reduce are carry regular machine maintenance, adequate training improve discipline, good soybean materials.
