Meme merupakan sebuah gambar yang digunakan untuk mengekspresikan sindiran, kritikan, hingga memberikan motivasi. bukan saja menjadi lucu, namun terdapat pesan-pesan mampu disampaikan melalui meme. Melalui penggunaan meme pengguna internet dapat mengkomunikasikan fenomena sedang terjadi dengan bentuk visual menarik. bahasa digital baru efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan. Salah satu marak muncul di media sosial yakni shin-sang viral pada tahun 2021 berhasil menyita perhatian internet. sebagai menandakan urutan posisi seseorang ataupun berbagai macam hal. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bentuk, konten, sikap, terkandung bahasa. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, paradigma strukturalisme. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti observasi. Hasil dari analisis konten yaitu menggabungkan unsur teks dan penambahan atau simbol tambahan ke membuat global, dipahami oleh seluruh individu tanpa adanya batasan meskipun kreator audiens berbeda negara.
