PT. Laxo Global Akses, which is better known as LAXO, an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that has official license to operate nationally in Indonesia. LAXO also registered active member of APJII (Indonesian Providers Association). services provided by include all internet such network installation, browsing, email, streaming (video / voice), hotspots, VPN (Virtual Private Network), conference meetings, CCTV (closed circuit television), Online Live, and VoIP ( InternetProtocol Voice offer). This study discusses the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) carried out build brand image company. The author takes this topic because thinks a new ISP company, but already quite lot client references comes from large companies. Even though competition world not easy, main competitors are BUMN.
