Analisis Kesuksesan Aplikasi Studi Komprehensif YukNgaji (SKY) Menggunakan Model Delone dan McLean

Aplikasi Studi Komprehensif YukNgaji (SKY) merupakan salah satu media informasi berbasis Android dan IOS yang memberikan kajian pada komunitas YukNgaji. tersebut perlu dengan menggunakan model DeLone McLean untuk meningkatkan kepuasaan pengguna sehingga mampu mengembangkan aplikasi lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis kesuksesan SKY model McLean. Metode secara kuantitatif kepada 100 responden dari Data dikumpulkan kuesioner dianalisis metode PLS-SEM. Hasil didapatkan pengaruh signifikan kepuasan adalah kualitas pelayanan (t-statistic 3,756 p-value 0,000) manfaat bersih 3,137 0,002). Kesimpulan menunjukkan ditingkatkan mendapatkan respon baik terhadap penggunaan SKY.
