Analisis kebugaran jasmani siswa: Studi komparatif antara ekstrakurikuler bolabasket dan futsal

Physical fitness is one of the most important aspects to improve sports performance. However, currently extracurricular at school that there no clear planning, goals and objectives for conducting physical tests. This study aims compare level basketball futsal. research method uses a quantitative approach through survey where researcher gives tests measurements futsal students. The sampling technique used purposive so sample 40 students consisted 20 Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Pontianak. instrument Indonesian Fitness Test (TKJI) aged 13-15 years. was conducted on 19-25 February 2021. Data analysis descriptive percentage, assisted by using Microsoft Excel software application. results test showed an average difference 2.5, significant between needs be considered taken into account coaches teachers in providing training programs Based this study, it can interpreted has good contribution compared students' fitness.
