Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Mataram dalam Pemilihan Profesi sebagai Akuntan Publik

Public accounting is one of the professions that assists public in providing information for decision making, especially with regard to finance. The purpose this study was determine factors influence interest students choose profession. used are intrinsic value, income perception, labor market considerations, strengths and weaknesses approach a quantitative survey method. Sampling convenience sampling technique 100 Accounting at University Mataram fill out questionnaire. Data processing SPSS 26.00 by testing multiple linear regression. Hypothesis uses F test, t test R square test. results obtained from (5.102) significance level 0.001 <0.05. This means all independent variables have an on choosing profession as accountant. concluded H3 accepted, while H1, H2, H4 were rejected. Square show explain 14.2% dependent variable, 85.8% explained other outside research model.
