چکیده
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan bukti empiris dan mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh maturitas, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan, profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage terhadap peringkat sukuk perusahaan di Indonesia, serta menguji teori tentang determinan sukuk. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh korporasi Indonesia yang telah diperingkat oleh Pefindo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 124 diterbitkan 26 pada periode 2014-2018. Metode pengumpulan data pendekatan studi pustaka. analisis Structural Equetion Modeling Partial Least Square software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel likuiditas masing-masing berpengaruh positif signifikan sukuk, sedangkan negatif Variabel profitabilitas maturitas tidak
