Analisis Determinan Kejadian Loss to Follow-up (Putus Berobat) pada Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru : Literature Review

Latar Belakang: Tuberculosis merupakan masalah kesehatan global, ditandai dengan meningkatkan angka kesakitan dan resistensi terhadap OAT. Makin tinggi resisten TB searah kenaikan loss to follow-up (putus berobat), karena makin banyak yang putus berobat maka pengobatan tidak tuntas. Dampaknya semakin memperluas penularan di masyarakat.
 Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi menganalisis faktor risiko terjadinya pada pasien Tuberkulosis.
 Metode: Metode menggunakan pendekatan literature review dari database Embase, Proquest, Pubmed, Scopus, Google Scholar, keywords “determinant”, “loss follow-up”, “putus berobat”, “tuberculosis”, “patient”, dilakukan dalam rentang waktu 2018-2022 menerapkan kriteria inklusi eksklusi.
 Hasil: Hasil penelusuran diperoleh 483 artikel melalui istilah pencarian telah ditentukan, terdiri embase=93, proquest=105, scopus=49, pubmed=174 google scholar=62. Dari tersebut tersaring 11 memenuhi untuk dianalisis. Faktor-faktor berpengaruh kejadian tuberculosis antara lain jarak tempuh (geografis) lebih 10 km efek samping obat dirasakan menjadikan mereka menghentikan pengobatan. Faktor dukungan keluarga, layanan fasilitas kesehatan, status ekonomi (finansial) turut berperan berobat.
 Kesimpulan: Diketahui bahwa dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, 64,3% berisiko terjadi laki-laki, ditempuh menuju pusat follow-up, selain itu memperbesar pelayanan pengetahuan, stigma, hingga kepercayaan.
