ANALISIS BAUARAN PEMASARAN JASA PADA TINGKAT LOYALITAS KONSUMEN PRIMA FRESHMART DI PROVINSI BALI

The aims of this study were (1) to determine the direct and indirect effect implementing Prima Freshmart's marketing mix partially simultaneously on consumer loyalty in Province Bali, (2) level Freshmart Bali. This used a sample 115 consumers spread across 33 stores data analysis technique Path Analysis.The results showed that seven sub-variables variables for services Bali had positive significant loyalty. greatest value is physical means service, which equal 16.33%, while smallest influence service HR sub variable 8.37%. For loyalty, it at Advocates (46.06%) Clients (42.22%). Repeat Customers level, number 8.64% First Time 2.75%.
