ANALISA PENGARUH FASHION BATIK GONG-GONG DI KOTA BATAM TERHADAP E-WOM DENGAN MEDIASI CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Di antara kekayaan budaya Indonesia, Batik adalah karya seni Nusantara yang dikagumi oleh dunia. bentuk kuno dari salah satu kriteria kualitas terbaik. Pengertian berasal Bahasa Jawa Kuno yaitu “amba” mempunyai arti tulis dan “nitik” berarti dot. Perkembangan di Kepri sangat baik tersebut, sempat mengalami penyusutan dikarenakan pariwisata Batam ditutup dua tahun belakangan akibat pandemi Covid-19 sedang mewabah hingga saat ini. Pandemi tidak menjadikan UMKM ataupun pengrajin berdiam saja, melalui ini berinisiatif untuk menetapkan penjualan berbasis online mengikuti perkembangan zamannya. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif meneliti tentang Analisa Trust, Perceived Usefulness, Service Quality, Experience, Social Media Use Terhadap Electronic Word of Mouth dimediasi Customer Satisfaction pada Fashion Gonggong Kota Batam. Dalam scope ini, penulis mengartikannya sebagai dasar tujuan menaikkan ilmu pengetahuan dampak positif terhadap kepercayaan, kegunaan dirasakan, layanan, pengalaman penggunaan media sosial, electronic word mouth, kepuasan konsumen dapat diikuti menjadi kausal komparatif.
