ANALISA KEBOCORAN KONDENSOR PADA SIKLUS AIR UAP PT PEMBANGKIT JAWA BALI UBJ O&M PLTU PACITAN JAWA TIMUR

چکیده

Kondensor merupakan suatu alat yang digunakan untuk mengkondensasikan uap dari LP turbine dengan media pendingin air laut dipompakan melalui circulating water pump (CWP). Prinsip kerjanya adalah mengalir diluar pipa-pipa condenser melewati didalam kondensor. Pipa-pipa tersebut terbuat bahan titanium sangat efisien Turbin. Air akan dialirkan tube, sementara Turbin di luar dimana nantinya ini berubah fase menjadi dan diumpankan kembali menuju boiler bersamaan pengisi boiler. Perawatan pada kondensor pun perlu dilakukan agar tidak terjadi kebocoran. Apabila terdapat kebocoran, maka mempengaruhi Kandungan ada mengkontaminasi tinggi. Hal tentunya berakibat efisiensi dilewati boiler, karena tingginya konduktifitas kandungan Cl menyebabkan karak dinding alat.
