ANALISA KANDUNGAN PATCHOULI ALCOHOL DALAM FORMULASI SEDIAAN MINYAK NILAM ACEH UTARA (POGOSTEMON CABLIN BENTH) SEBAGAI ZAT PENGIKAT PADA PARFUM (EAU DE TOILETTE)

Tanaman nilam merupakan salah satu tanaman penghasil minyak atsiri yang cukup penting sebagai komoditi ekspor Indonesia dan menyumbang devisa sekitar 60% dari total nasional. pemasok terbesar dunia dengan kontribusi 90%. Minyak digunakan zat pengikat (fixative agent) dalam industri parfum tidak dapat diganti oleh sintetik karena sangat berperan menentukan kekuatan, sifat ketahanan aroma. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat formula pewangi jenis eau de toilette bahan alami menggunakan dam tambahan lainnya. Penelitian melakukan uji rendemen nilam, densitas Patchouli Alcohol GC-MS warna parfum, organoleptik parameter kesukaan terhadap aroma serta parfum. Uji melalui proses penyulingan baku sebanyak 30.000 gr menghasilkan 800 sehingga didapat sebesar 2,67 %. 0,904 gr. menunjukkan komponen senyawa (PA) pada 34,23 Pengujian pengaruh konsentrasi dimana semakin banyak maka menuju coklat tua jernih kandungan di dalamnya sedikit. berat akan naik., B5S5T2M2 yaitu berkisar 4,81gr/mL rata-rata 4,66 gr/mL. mencampurkan 10 mL pewangi, lalu ditambahkan (minyak nilam) pelarut (Etanol) 5 mL. Berdasarkan terpilih tiga nilai tertinggi. Formula terbaik tertinggi ialah B2S2T2M2 (nilam 2 ml, etanol 3 lemon 4 kopi 6 ml) 38. Hasil pengujian memiliki daya tahan tercepat B1S1T1M1 B1S1T5M5 waktu 14 jam sedangkan terlama B5S5T5M5 B5S5T6M6 51 jam.
