Introduction: Nasal septal hematoma (NSH) is a complication of nasal trauma, which its emergency treatment drainage hematoma. Delayed may result in necrosis the cartilage and saddle nose deformity. Case Presentation: Here, we reported 15-year-old girl presented with NSH associated dental local anesthetic injection, led to septum necrosis. Conclusions: Computerized tomography (CT) scanning was performed determine size existence other complications.
