An Interval Valued Pythagorean Fuzzy AHP–TOPSIS Integrated Model for Ergonomic Assessment of Setup Process under SMED

چکیده

Single-minute exchange of dies (SMED) is one the most significant lean tools which reduces required time for setup operations. The consideration appropriate ergonomic interferences during SMED implementation improves working conditions, productivity, and flexibility. literature has an opportunity expansion with assessment. Moreover, assessment studies have various limitations in terms a broad hierarchy factors their weighting. Therefore, this study enriches by providing process through integrating multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) into SMED. In context, wide risk compiled Interval Valued Pythagorean Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (IVPF-AHP) method used to determine weights factors. Then, Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) prioritize tasks using Sets (IVPFSs). proposed model was validated applying it real-life manufacturing system white goods supplier industry. application results justify reduction 58% improvement 19%.
