An Innovative Tool to Measure Employee Performance through Customer Satisfaction: Pilot Research Using eWOM, VR, and AR Technologies

Recent research reflects the assessment of customer satisfaction from different perspectives, an important aspect in all sectors that must be expressed measurable parameters organization performance. By reviewing literature, we noticed lack a specific indicator to quantify tripartite relation: satisfaction—employee performance—company Therefore, based on Six Sigma and Lean methods, paper introduces innovative measurement tool named Spc (The Assessment System Employee Performance according Customer Satisfaction) related implementation methodology (named ITA). The aim is implement improve efficiency employee performance systems relation company services industry through assessment. using AR VR as technologies, our present results extend compare other pilot made by authors e-commerce sector. point out mystery shoppers electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) applied are more efficient than technologies industry, reflected company’s Furthermore, customer–employee interactions communications with eWOM WOM used industry. This contains both theoretical practical contributions offering new, short-time for continuous improvement applications fields.
