An Architecture for Supporting Information in Dynamically Assembled Semantic Grids
Many large semantic systems can be described as Semantic Grids of Semantic Grids with large amounts of relatively static services and associated semantic information combined with multiple dynamic regions (sessions or subgrids) where the semantic information is changing rapidly. We design a hybrid Information Service supporting both the scalability of large amounts of relatively slowly varying ...
متن کاملFPGA CAD Research: An Introduction
In this report, we firstly introduce several CAD tools in FPGA architecture and CAD research. Then we outline a typical CAD flow and use these tools to evaluate it. In the demo experiment, we select a small MCNC benchmark circuit as an input to the CAD flow, and then we give our results. Finally, we draw some conclusions and make plans for our future research.
متن کاملImproving FPGA Routing Architectures Using Architecture and CAD Interactions
Using Architecture and CAD Interactions Benjamin Tseng, Jonathan Rose, Stephen Brown Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada Abstract This paper examines the interactions between the CAD tools that are used to con gure an FPGA's routing resources and the design of the routing architecture itself. Such an understanding is used to determine where to reduce the...
متن کاملA Novel FPGA Architecture and an Integrated Framework of CAD Tools for Implementing Applications
A complete system for the implementation of digital logic in a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) platform is introduced. The novel power-efficient FPGA architecture was designed and simulated in STM 0.18 μm CMOS technology. The detailed design and circuit characteristics of the Configurable Logic Block, the interconnection network, the switch box and the connection box were determined and ev...
متن کاملAn Algorithm for Dynamically Reconfigurable FPGA Placement
In this paper, we introduce a new placement problem movitated by the Dynamically Reconfigurable FPGA (DRFPGA) architectures. Unlike traditional placement, the problem for DRFPGAs must consider the precedence constraints among logic components. For the placement, we develop an effective metric that can consider wirelength, register requirement, and power consumption simultaneously. With the cons...
