As symptoms bronchopulmonary dysplasia evolved, was no longer required stabilize hemodynamics. The discharged home after undergoing palliative surgical procedure bilateral pulmonary artery banding and ductus arteriosus stent implantation. Although he suffered from hypertension, it controllable oxygen supplementation vasodilators. There are limited therapeutic options available for extremely preterm infants critical congenital heart defects (CHDs). Hypoxic might be considered as one options, its risks taken into account, manage CHDs overcirculation before performing interventions.

Interrupted Aortic Arch in an adult.

Interrupted aortic arch (IAA) is a rare congenital abnormality with only a few cases reported in adults. It is defined as complete loss of continuity between the ascending and descending portions of the aorta, and is usually associated with other cardiac defects. We report the first adult patient with an asymptomatic interrupted aortic arch diagnosed b...

Most reported cases of aortopulmonary fenestration are discrete openings between the main pulmonary artery and the aorta, distal to the outflow valves, and thus are amenable to surgical correction using cardiopulmonary bypass (Bosher and McCue, I962; Deverall et al., I969; Gross, I952; Gasul, Fell, and Casas, I951; Hurwitz, Ruttenberg, and Fonkalsrud, I967; Kalter et al., 1970; Meisner et al., ...
