Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM) is the method of finishing complex surfaces and internal channels with help extrusion pressure abrasive-laden viscoelastic polymer media. This paper based on developing a new AFM media using natural waste as base material. In article, viz. rice husk ash-based has been developed, subsequently, rheological analysis done, experimentation performed Anton-paar® rheometer to optimize viscosity these newly developed this research study, hollow elliptical shape ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) material was manufactured FDM technique then finished one-way machine. examined parametric dependencies process parameters printed parts. The improved surface roughness parts investigated relating parameters. maximum achieved by 95.98%.
