Hemophagocytic syndrome has been observed in various disorders, including malignant histiocytosis, peripheral T-cell lymphoma, and viral or bacterial infections. However, B-cell lymphoma has seldom been associated with hemophagocytic syndrome. We report a case of B-cell lymphoma that was associated with hemophagocytic syndrome.
