An AI decision‐making framework for business value maximization

This article addresses a key question of why businesses are failing to maximize business value from their artificial intelligence (AI) investments and proposes strategic decision-making framework for AI address this problem. We suggest that firm's strategy must drive AI-driven outcomes measurements, which in turn should the implementation decisions. Very often, we find fail successfully cast problems into problems. To bridge gap, propose firms use performance management system such as objectives results (OKRs) ensure goals & well defined, tightly aligned, made transparent across company, efforts approached an integrated manner by different parts firm.
