An adaptive vector control method for inverter‐based stand‐alone microgrids considering voltage reduction and load shedding schemes

The droop mechanism is widely utilized in a stand-alone microgrid (MG) to regulate power-sharing among distributed generators (DG). However, over the years, phenomena are continually modified lessen deviation voltage and frequency parameters caused due classical droop. This study suggests computing coefficient for voltage–current (V–I) take into account proportional power distribution DGs. In grid utility networks, conservation reduction (CVR) strategy used curtail use of energy. Hence, this paper investigates CVR's performance MG by performing adaptive vector control scheme two-phase d–q reference frame. addition it, intended develop coordinated involving P–f self-sustained V–I employed perform function CVR during peak demand overloading conditions. Further, load-shedding approach also considered cut out some segments load conditions operate stable zone. validation proposed conducted on MATLAB/Simulink software.
