Amino Acid Profile of Luminal A and B Subtypes Breast Cancer

BACKGROUND: Amino acids are important for proliferation and maintenance of tumor cells. Breast cancer patients were found to have significant changes in the number amino acids, which assumed be correlated with molecular subtypes breast cancer. Therefore, current study was conducted analyze plasma luminal A B subtypes.METHODS: control subjects recruited, venous blood collected measurement acids. Total 19 measured using reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography C18 column. Mean comparison normally distributed homogeneous data further analzyed independent sample T-test, p<0.05 considered as significant.RESULTS: From total only 7 acids; cysteine, glutamic acid, histidine, ornithine, threonine, tyrosine, valine, statistically different between healthy subjects. Eventhough no subtypes, but some significantly when various risk factors.CONCLUSION: acid profile Luminal differs compared controls is also factors.
