Amino acid composition and protein quality of native chicken meat fed green feed

Amino acid composition can be used to determine protein quality, by comparing with reference amino values. This research was conducted the aim evaluate and study of acids quality native chicken meat giving Indigofera zollingeriana powder (IP) turmeric phytobiotics (TP) as green feed. Treatment ration study: R0 = control (research without feed; R1 substitution 10% soybean meal IP + 2.5% TP; R2 15% TP, treatment R3 20% TP. The variables observed were meat. raw material for rations prepared according needs iso-protein iso-energy. 160 chickens which divided into 4 treatments 5 replications using a completely randomized design (CRD). Chemical scores 78.91%, 76.39%, 82.66% R0, R1, respectively, increased along increase in indigofera respectively 98.29%; 97.78%; 102.59% 107.85%. It concluded that substituting added phytobiotic gives better chemical score score.
