This study aims to investigate and explain theoretically empirically the impact of altruistic leadership on employee OCB. Furthermore, this psychological mechanisms that influence relationship. Explanatory studies are used in study. Using quantitative methods test hypotheses empirically. seeks obtain data by sending a questionnaire one Regional Apparatus Units (SKPD) Pekanbaru city, namely City Civil Service Police Unit utilizing self-administered questionnaire. From results questionnaires have been distributed 203 members Unit, it can be obtained an overview gender, age, last education, length service, achievements. These expected provide innovation information for leaders improve relations with subordinates aim advancing as enforcer Regulations Head Regulations.
